This cottage is ideal for couples that enjoy the countryside and walking. The cottage is just a short distance from the Purbeck Way and South West Coastal Path. Our beautiful coastline has just been awarded World Heritage Site Status. Alternatively for sun worshipers the sandy beaches of Swanage or Studland are a few minutes drive away. Two public houses are within easy walking distance within the village and one accepts pets.
Entry
is into the large comfortable lounge with feature fireplace (woodburner), comfy sofas and chairs (tv, dining table and chairs). Going through to the intimate kitchen you will find it is fitted with oven, hob, microwave and
fridge (stairs leading to first floor bedroom and bathroom). Pass through the door to utility
room, which has a w-machine. There is a large sunny double bedroom and bathroom with full size bath, shower over, wash basin and w.c. Storage heaters and woodburner. This cottage occupies the site of a former Baptist Chapel, the baptismal basin with stone steps leading down is still beneath the floor of the cottage. Bed linen can be hired. Duvets and pillows provided.

This delightful cottage occupies the site of a former Baptist Chapel founded in 1831. The baptismal basin is still beneath the wooden floor of the cottage. The minister John Corben wrote a book entitled 'A Quarrymans Apprentice' and the 'Worth Carols'.
