Purbeck View Cottage is situated just off a quiet leafy lane in wooded countryside with extensive country walks on the edge of the Isle of Pubeck, adjacent to Bulberry Golf Course, which is open to the public. Part of a barn conversion retaining the character of the original building, incorporating oak beams. Close to the village of Lytchett Matravers, it is a short car journey to Swanage and the Heritage coastline with local attractions including Monkey World, Steam Fair at Tarrant Hinton, Tank Museum, Farmer Palmers and historic County town of Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s Casterbridge (Thomas Hardy’s cottage Clouds Hill.) On the
ground floor the large open plan lounge/diner with television, DVD, Video, Digibox. Through to
modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Also
roomy shower room. On the first floor two bedrooms, one double room enjoying country views, one
twin (full size bunk beds). Central heating.
Saturday change over. Weeks available where prices indicated. Linen included in weekly rental. 2008
