First Floor.  Large sitting room with picture window facing the sea, as well as patio doors leading out onto balcony with panoramic views over the Bay. Front bedroom (twin) with ensuite bathroom and toilet, fantastic sea views. Double bedroom.  Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. (W-machine/drier & telephone). Shower room and toilet.  Dining room with seating for 8.  Table tennis and snooker table.  

Second Floor.  Single room with sea views.  Twin room.  Bathroom & toilet.  Playroom with sea views, Sky tv, video, radio, CD, Stereo, computer with free internet connection, family board games etc..

Swanage has award winning sandy beaches, restaurants, plenty of other family entertainment, a steam railway and idyllic accessible countryside.  Nearest grocery store & beach, a three minute walk.  Public transport is within easy reach.  Off road parking for two cars, roadside parking available.

Bed linen is supplied for the large double bed only.  A selection of childrens books, games and beach utensils are available.  Kitchen towels, duvets, pillows and extra blankets also supplied.

  

              

 

 

      

Weeks available where price indicated.  Friday to Friday letting.  Heating included in the price.  Linen and towels hire only.
