This mid terrace cottage has been
sympathetically converted and the furnishings are of a high standard. The reception rooms are
large and comfortable. All the barns original features have been maintained and the floor to
ceiling window in the lounge make this property feel light and airy. The
cottage is located at the end of a 500 yard driveway. Being part of a former farm, the cottage
is bordered by a lovely garden and mature hedging. The rear garden is fully enclosed.
The cottage is located approx. 11/2 miles from Wool, very close to Monkey World & Tank Museum and a short drive
to RSPB reserve at Arne. The County town of
Dorchester (Thomas Hardys Casterbridge) is a ten minute drive away with its museums, restaurants
and shopping centre and market. The cottage is located in a central position within 5 miles of
the Heritage coastline with Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door. With a choice of the larger towns of Weymouth and
Bournemouth or Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck with their wonderful sandy beaches and many attractions. The Saxon walled town of Wareham with relaxing
Quay is only ten minutes away. Everything within easy reach!
