Langton Matravers, 1 mile from beach, public house, grocery store, church, museum, adventure farm in village.  Walks from village to the coast, Worth Matravers, along the Purbeck Hills and to Swanage.  Swanage is just 1 mile away with sandy beach, restaurants, supermarket and steam railway.

This attractive cottage is ideal for couples that enjoy the countryside and walking.  The cottage is just a short distance from the Purbeck Way and SW coastal path.  Our beautiful coastline has just been awarded World Heritage Site Status.  For sun worshippers the sandy beaches of Swanage or Studland are a few minutes drive away.

Entry is into the large, comfortable lounge with feature fireplace and woodburner, arm chairs.  The intimate kitchen is fully fitted with a traditional Purbeck stone floor.  Outside is a small courtyard area with utility room, washing machine and log store.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the mezzanine area and first floor sunny bedroom.
