Our self-catering holiday home is a top floor apartment in a detached building comprising of six apartments completed in 2010.

Property access- The distance from the car park at the rear of the property “Bay 5” to the main entrance is approximately 22.5 metres and from the front of the property via Cranborne Road it is approximately 13.00 metres. The pathway is well lit and on one level.
On entering the building through the main door (80cm width) you ascend the stairway of 88cm width, which has a handrail and four flights of eight straight carpeted steps.
On entering the apartment (doorway 80cm) the hallway leads to
BEDROOM TWO which is immediately on your right a twin 3ft beds – Bed height is 61cm.
BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM is the next room on your right.
Bed height is 62cm, the Shower cubicle is 84cm x 110cm with a step height of 25cm, the toilet height is 42cm and the basin height is 79cm.
FAMILY BATHROOM is on your left consisting of bath and a shower cubicle 87cm x 75cm with a step height of 24cm. The toilet height is 41cm and the basin height is 81cm.
LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN AREA is further on your right. A brief outline of equipment is as already mentioned in the Dorset Cottage introduction – The worktop height in the kitchen area is 91cm.
All doorway width measurements are approximately 77cm except the en-suite which is 61cm.
Each room has a temperature thermostat located just inside the doorway near the light switch at a height of 110cm. This accommodation is all on one level with the exception of the shower cubicles which have a step height of approx. 24/25cm. The apartment is fully carpeted except for the bathroom, en-suite and kitchen area which are tiled.
