All the barns original features have been maintained and the floor to ceiling window in the lounge make this property feel light and airy. The cottage is located at the end of a 500 yard driveway. Being part of a former farm, the cottage is bordered by a lovely garden and mature hedging. The rear garden is fully enclosed.

The cottage is located approx. 11/2 miles from Wool, very close to Monkey World, Lulworth Castle & Tank Museum and a short drive to the RSPB Reserve at Arne. The County town of Dorchester (Thomas Hardys Casterbridge) is a ten minute drive away, with its museums, restaurants, shopping centre and market.

The cottage is located in a central position within 5 miles of the Heritage coastline, Lulworth Cove & Durdle Door. With a choice of the larger towns of Weymouth and Bournemouth or Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck with their wonderful sandy beaches and many attractions. The Saxon walled town of Wareham with relaxing Quay is only ten minutes away. Everything within easy reach!

Introduction
Our self-catering cottage is a mid terrace barn conversion with access at the front of the property.

Pre-Arrival
There are two parking spaces at the cottage
The nearest train station is in Wool approx 2 miles away and taxis are usually available at the station.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
Luggage can be unloaded at the front of the cottage
From the parking area, you approach the cottage across the lawn via inlaid stepping stones, At the end of the lawn there are two steps down before crossing a paved area to the front door.

Main Entrance & Reception
•The entrance at the front has 2 steps.
•Inside the front entrance is a small square hall, with a door, which leads into the open plan living area. There is a step down from the dining area into the kitchen.
•The rear door from the kitchen has a step, which leads into the garden

There are no toilet facilities or bedrooms on the ground floor.
The bedrooms are reached via a carpeted staircase, which has a banister. Please note that windows in the main bedroom do not open.
The floors are carpeted throughout apart from the kitchen, which is tiled.
