Lavender Cottage is one of three Purbeck stone thatched cottages in the pretty village of Osmington. The cottage is within a short drive of the coastal path which can be joined at Osmington Mills, which is also home to the Smugglers Inn. The coastal path provides walkers and nature enthusiasts with stunning scenery and is a haven for wildlife. The larger seaside town of Weymouth with its many attractions is also a short drive away. You can enjoy fresh milk every morning, which can be purchased from the local Craigs Dairy, a convenience store and lovely family pub are within easy walking distance.
The cottage boasts all modern facilities and a particularly spacious lounge with French Doors which open out upon a lovely cottage style garden. The internal décor is of a good standard with four stars awarded by the English Tourist Board.
