Pembroke Cottage is a rendered Purbeck stone cottage, one of five cottages on a elevated terrace enjoying views across the village of Langton to Swanage Bay and the Isle of Wight. The cottage is a typical of quarryman’s cottage and boasts many original features, it has been sympathetically restored with solid oak flooring retaining its olde charm. The garden is of particular note with attractive sea views, ideal for BBQ’s and sunbathing. Parking is available on road in this quieter part of the village. The village of Langton Matravers is within walking distance of Dancing Ledge and Chapmans Pool, features of the nearby Jurassic coast. Being at the centre of a network of footpaths, guests can walk to nearby Corfe Castle or into the larger seaside town of Swanage.Guests should note that the cottage boasts exposed beams and therefore low ceilings which include steep stairs and low exposed beams to double room.
