27 Bon Accord Rd occupies the ground floor of a large period property in a much sought after location in the lovely seaside town of Swanage. Within its own walled garden this property offers a rare tranquil setting in this vibrant town. Walk from your door down an unmade road to Durlston Country Park where there are many paths along the top of the cliffs or down to the cliffs edge, Lighthouse and famous stone Globe.
All of the rooms are of a generous size not often found in more modern properties. Large windows afford a lovely sunny feel, reflected by the owners choice of neutral shades. The garden is a real delight with a good sized lawn and shaded seating area.
LOCATION: Swanage has much to offer every generation, golf courses, lovely country walks, award winning beach, interesting shops and specialty restaurants. Studland Nature Reserve and beach, managed by the National Trust is a two mile drive away. The historic village of Corfe Castle is only 5 miles away. The local area plays host to a wealth of local attractions.
