Holly Lodge is situated just off a quiet leafy lane in wooded countryside with extensive country walks on the edge of the Isle of Pubeck, adjacent to Bulbury Golf Course, which is open to the public. Part of a barn conversion retaining the character of the original building, incorporating oak beams.
Close to the village of Lytchett Matravers, it is a short car journey to Swanage and the Heritage coastline with local attractions including Monkey World, Steam Fair at Tarrant Hinton, Tank Museum, Farmer Palmers and historic County town of Dorchester, Thomas Hardy’s Casterbridge (Thomas Hardy’s cottage Clouds Hill.)
Entry into lovely large kitchen/diner. Through to large lounge/diner with a large fireplace with cosy woodburner. On the first floor two bedrooms, one double room (tv) enjoying country views, one treble with three single beds that can be made into a double. Central heating. All linen, heating and logs included in the price of your holiday. Ample off road parking.
Changes for 2011 - Additional TV in double room and treble room. DVD and freeview in lounge. Video will be removed from lounge.
