30B Burlington Rd is a beautiful conversion of a clifftop home which enjoys spectacular views over Swanage Bay and beach. The sandy beach itself is a two minute walk away making the holiday home ideal for a family seaside holiday.

Several good restaurants including the Ocean Bay (which sits on Swanage beach) are within a two minute walk as well as a shop and traditional pub. The town centre is a ten-five minute stroll away along the beach and promenade.

Swanage is a lovely small family seaside resort which has been largely untouched and therefore retains a traditional character whilst offering a vast array of visitor attractions; from steam railway, golf, fishing, horseriding to a wealth of watersports.
