Apple Cottage is a modern cottage in the heart of Purbeck’s Saxon town of Wareham, situated on Kennington Square – a quiet friendly spot, a short walk into the town centre. The cottage has been decorated in a classic style, providing comfort and convenience for you and your family.

Walk from Apple Cottage into the historical town of Wareham. Explore the quay and riverside; stroll out onto Wareham Common or to Wareham Forest with miles of beautiful scenery and footpaths.Wareham is a picturesque town with many restaurants, pubs and shops. The town also has a weekly market on the quay, antiques auction, guided walks and is home to the effigy of Lawrence of Arabia.

Take a short drive out of Wareham to further attractions such as Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, Corfe Castle & Poole Harbour. Sandy beaches can be found at Swanage, Studland (20 mins) or the popular seaside town of Bournemouth with a larger variety of shops.

Introduction
Our self-catering cottage is a 2 storey mid-terrace property built in approximately 2000 with access to the front and rear of the property and situated only approximately 200 metres from Wareham town centre. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any queries please do call. We look forward to welcoming you.

·The nearest bus stop is on North Street 100 metres from the house.
·The nearest train station is 0.5 miles away walking north up North Street

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
·Luggage can be unloaded at the front of the cottage
·There is courtyard parking for one vehicle at the front of the property (marked 3)
·The entrance at the front has 2 steps – 17.9cm high, 32cm deep, 120cm wide. The door is 82cm wide.
·The entrance at the rear has a slope and then one step into the lounge.
