This comfortable two bed roomed family house is a five minute walk from the Town Centre and beaches, with parking for 2 cars.  The town house is part of an up market Mews of six houses and apartments offering an 'excellant' level of accommodation as awarded by the English Tourism Council.  

It has enjoys pleasant views of the bay and the downs, with panoramic views to the Isle of Wight from the upper floor.  Just 50 yards from the downs where one can stroll and enjoy fantastic views over Swanage with its Blue Flag beach or venture further to Durlston Country Park with Castle, restaurant, Lighthouse and Globe.

Entry to this pretty family house is through the  entrance lobby with stairs to upper floor, comprising one double bedroom (en suite shower room with wc and tv) and one twin bedroom and main bathroom (bath, jacuuzi, shower over bath, wc and wash basin)

On the ground floor there is a through lounge with two comfortable sofas with TV, video and CD player.  Through to the well fitted kitchen/diner (cooker, washing machine, microwave, and  fridge freezer) and seating for  up to six persons.  From the kitchen there is access to the rear secluded south facing garden (garden furniture).

Gas central heating.  Instant hot water.  Bed linen can be hired.  Duvets and pillows provided.
