Wight beyond. This spacious ground-floor apartment is situated only a few minutes walk down a slope from the private sandy beach at the
north end of the bay and five minutes from the start of Ballard Downs, with walks to Studlands and the Old Harry Rocks. A large beach hut is often available if required as an optional extra, complete with deck chairs,
picnic table, chairs, barbeque and use of a private sandy beach. Last year the Council
spent £2 million pounds building new groins and recharging the beach with fresh sand, ideal for walking and building sand castles. The beach is now deeper and gently sloping. Edgecroft
is situated next door to the Pines Hotel which offers first class evening meals, and low cost bar food of a high standard.
