Access to Forge Cottage is via the front door from the High Street where there is unrestricted parking. There is also a good bus service from Swanage & Wareham.
The front door opens into a hallway with doors to the kitchen and dining/living room.

The left door from the hallway leads to the kitchen, which has a door at the rear leading to the patio area & rear garden. A door to the left of the patio area, with one step up, opens into the utility area comprising laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer and separate toilet. The garden has rear access via a gate to an unmade road.

The right door from the hallway leads to the dining/living room. The living room has double doors at the back leading to a sunken patio & rear garden. In the corner of the living room is a turning staircase with a handrail on the right hand side leading to a split-level 1st floor landing.

Off the landing are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, which has a walk-in shower cubicle and a flexible shower fitting over the bath. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed, the double-bedded room also having a vanity unit.

The property has a telephone for incoming calls and mobile reception is good
