Pembroke Cottage is a rendered Purbeck stone cottage, one of five cottages on an elevated terrace enjoying views across the village of Langton Matravers to Swanage Bay and the Isle of Wight. The cottage is a typical quarryman’s cottage and boasts many original features. It has been lovingly and sympathetically restored with solid oak flooring retaining its olde charm. Why not retreat for a romantic getaway in this quaint Purbeck cottage? Heavenly evenings can be spent in front of the log burner or relax on a warm summer’s evening in the delightful garden.

Located at the centre of a network of coastal footpaths, you can walk to nearby Corfe Castle or into the larger seaside town of Swanage. Dancing Ledge and Chapman’s Pool are not to be missed with a memorable stop off at world renowned pub The Square & Compass, serving the best pasty and pint for miles.

Guests should note that the cottage boasts exposed beams and therefore low ceilings, which include steep stairs and low exposed beams.
