We are pleased to introduce Balcony Apartment, a fabulous seaside holiday home with delightful balcony overlooking Swanage bay. This Victorian apartment takes full advantage of the fantastic views, which extend across the sea to the Isle of Wight. Why not sit and relax after a busy day’s site seeing and watch the sunset with a glass of wine.

Formerly a Studio to the Surrealist, Landscape and War Artist Paul Nash. From the balcony of this very apartment, Paul Nash painted some of his most stunning and vibrant views of the Sea and Coast. This spacious apartment is equipped with all you might need for a family get away. For the romantics out there, Balcony Apartment is perfectly located to enjoy quality time together in beautiful surroundings. There are a wealth of restaurants and eateries surrounding this apartment, you will be truly spoiled for choice.
Swanage is the eastern gateway to Dorset’s World Heritage Jurassic Coast with many miles of footpaths and bridleways. This makes it the ideal place for walkers, cyclists and horse riders alike. Swanage hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, and is home to a wealth of attractions: from its award winning Blue Flag beach and Victorian Pier, to the beautiful countryside. The Swanage Railway, one of the best preserved standard gauge steam railways in the UK, runs from Swanage to Norden through the beautiful Isle of Purbeck and passes close to the famous ruins of Corfe Castle. Nearby places to visit include Durlston Country Park, Putlake Adventure Farm, Lulworth Cove, Studland & Wareham. A lovely day trip across the Studland Ferry will take guests to the larger towns of Poole and Bournemouth.

Linen and towels provided for weekly and short break bookings. Cot (no linen) and high chair provided. WIFI. Sorry no smoking in the property or on balcony.
