We have visited each holiday home enabling us to offer first hand advice and offer a friendly knowledgeable local service. Handpicked holiday homes that have something special to offer be it four poster beds, panoramic sea views, swimming pool or country seclusion. Don't take our word for it visit graded accommodation by the English Tourism Council. All of our graded holiday homes meet a three star grading which means good to excellent quality.
Each holiday home is thoroughly cleaned and inspected prior to your visit.

Welcome to the home of Dorset Cottage Holidays, Dorsets foremost holiday letting agent. I would like to take you on a tour of our website and the services we offer. We aim to provide what is sometimes lacking in today's world; a truly traditional personal service utilising all the tools of modern business.
We are a family run business small enough to personally know each holiday home and large enough to effectively market and achieve excellent booking rates. The owner Miss Leanne Hemingway who would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your requirements personally manages DCH.
Our service will accommodate your priorities; perhaps your holiday home is a business investment or alternatively a treasured family home. Either way we will tailor your package to ensure that your needs are met.

Booking Rates & Marketing
Booking rates vary from property to property. As a guide, good quality accommodation in a desirable location with full availability can achieve 45 plus lets per year. All of our properties will benefit from a targeted campaign, inclusion in our brochure and on our website.
We advertise in over 20 carefully selected magazines and newspapers with half of our business coming from this website, read on to discover where we advertise.
Rental Income
As with any business pricing is of paramount importance, our experience within the holiday letting market enables us to offer a pricing structure that will maximize your earnings, maintain booking rates and your guests satisfaction.
We are the only local agent to administer a security fee as a deterrent against damages, our deduction rate on this fee is 0.7% with 97% of cost covered by the fee.

Housekeeping
If you decide to opt for the Full Management Service we will arrange housekeeping on your behalf. All of our housekeepers are personally appointed local staff; we build a close relationship with all our cleaners many of which have been employed by us for over 5 years.
We differ from other agents because we will arrange cleaning/laundry after your stay and we visit your cottage on a regular basis not just an annual visit! Please read on and meet one of our cleaners who describes our high standards.
Financial Advice
We are happy to help and advise our owners in any way we can. Not only do we offer advice but real financial savings. All of our owners are entitled to a 10% discount on holiday home insurance, a huge discount on Visit Britain fees and make savings on locally sourced welcome packs.
