Kitchen This 3 bedroom end terrace cottage boasts an ideal holiday location. Situated in a residential area, it is just seconds away from Swanage’s shops, café’s, restaurants and public houses, and just a short 200 yard stroll to Swanage’s safe, sandy and award winning beaches.
Kings Haven was built in the late 1800’s, and retains much of its original charm, old wooden beams and other features of its period. It has however been fully refurbished and is well served with modern comforts and amenities. The cottage has sizable bedrooms (one double, one bunk, one twin; all beds have good quality orthopaedic anti allergenic mattresses to aid a good nights sleep.) The master bedroom is luxuriously fitted with a king-size four poster bed. The particularly spacious bathroom (second floor) is fitted with a corner panelled bath, and a separate shower cubicle with power shower. The kitchen is fitted with cottage style pine units that complement its pine panelled ceiling, and tiled floor. The cottage is well equipped with books, games and toys to help entertain all ages. Some guests may find the stairs steep at Kings Haven Cottage. The cottage is extremely well provided for with a washer-dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer, and DVD player with library in the lounge. The cottage has been newly refurbished and redecorated in 2004, in a manner that complements the cottage's 'old fashioned' character and charm, with new carpets and pine furniture throughout It has a sunny south-facing courtyard paved garden, perfect for barbeques and eating out. Pets welcome, sorry no smoking, bedlinen provided – beds made up on arrival. Travel Cot (no linen) and high chair supplied.
