The Studio is a self-catering Flat, just 5 min from the sea and the shops.
Bookings are through:
Dorset Cottage Holidays’ website (dhcottages.co.uk) and all bookings are done via their website.
The Studio is a first floor, self-contained flat with access via a concrete external staircase with handrail to the front door.
Door size standard 6′.6″ x 2′.6” This is the only access in and out of the flat.
On entering, there is a small fully carpeted Lobby with entrances to the Bedroom, door size standard 6′.6″ x 2′.6” the Bathroom door size standard 6′.6″ x 2′.6” and the Lounge/Kitchen door size standard 6′.6″ x 2′.6”.
Fully carpeted with one double bed (with all linen supplied), fitted wardrobes, drawer units, bedside cabinets with bedside lighting, dressing table & chair, curtains with additional blackout roller blinds, (double glazed windows) and wall mounted television, there is also an airing cupboard in this room.
The bedroom has smoke alarm fitted.
This consists of a white suite, basin, toilet and full length bath, which has a thermostat, controlled power shower. There is a handgrip for access in and out of the bath. The walls are fully tiled and there are ceramic tiles on the floor.
The room is lit by down lighters and also has an automatically controlled extractor fan.
The Lounge area is fully carpeted. This has 2 x 2-seater settees, dining table and 2 chairs.
Side table, shelves and standard lamp. TV with Free view and DVD/Video Player.
The Lounge has double-glazed windows to the front and rear, which are fully curtained.
There is a selection of books and games, together with local information leaflets and an information book of local facilities.
The lounge has smoke alarm fitted.
The floor is laminated and there is a range of base units and wall units, together with under-oven and ceramic hob, incorporating stainless steel extractor fan. There is a fire extinguisher and fire blanket. There is also a Fridge and Washing Machine. The Kitchen is fully equipped for two people cooking and dining. There is one double glazed window in the Kitchen area with a Roller Blind.
The Flat is full centrally heated and all windows are double-glazed.
There are smoke alarms in the Lounge and Bedroom. The Kitchen has a Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket.
Grounds & Garden
At the back of the property there is a small paved patio area with flowerbed, and garden furniture.
There is also a pullout clothesline.
To the front there is one parking space controlled by a lockable parking post.
