Vine Cottage is one of two adjoining thatched cottages resting on Beach Road in the
village of Studland. Take you picnic hamper and stroll to the Blue Flag beaches, managed by the National Trust.
The Grade II listed cottage is deceptively spacious with large lounge and additional family room.
Studland lies across the harbour mouth opposite Sandbanks, which is renowned for its
celebrity residents. Studland boasts miles of sandy beaches and clear blue water. Boating enthusiasts often moor out in the Bay, stopping to enjoy the fayre of the Bankes Arms,
which is just a few minutes walk from the cottage.
Those who enjoy walking are spoilt for choice; from the cottage you can easily reach the entire Studland Nature
Reserve, Old Harry Rocks and the Purbeck Hills. For the more adventurous there are walks
into the nearby town of Swanage or the historic village of Corfe Castle. Horse riding,
golf, sailing, windsurfing, diving and cycling are all available locally.
