2 Bedroom. One double and one twin room with adult size beds. Sofa bed available for extra two people by prior agreement with owner. Lounge, TV, DVD, Dining table and comfy sofas.
Kitchen, open plan with oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and shared use of a washer/drier in the laundry/boiler room. Bathroom,
full suite with additional shower cubicle. Garden lawn, furniture and BBQ, the garden is not enclosed, guests can sit and enjoy the wildlife. A large fenced pond which is located at Nutley Farm.

The county town of Dorchester is eight miles distant with its
museums, restaurants and shops. The cottages are advantageously placed within five miles of the spectacular Heritage Coast and within easy
reach of Weymouth, Poole and Bournemouth. The Saxon walled town of Wareham, with its picturesque quay, is fifteen minutes drive away.
These two delightful cottages are a conversion from barns into two adjoining
but separate dwellings. Nutley Farm is about two miles from Wool in a secluded situation on the edge of Tadnol Heath nature reserve in an
area of outstanding natural beauty, not far from Monkey World. Willow and Cherry Barn provide ample play areas for children and easy
access to a network of foot, cycle and bridle paths. Hermon and Ipon - two beautiful
black, safe, reliable driving horses plus experienced driver and groom are available to take you for a trip round the beautiful local
countryside or simply for a trip through the heath to the excellent local pub. Bicycles may be hired. Excellent modern and comfortable accommodation on a
farm
with wildlife and animals.
