Ailwood Cottage Access Statement

Access Statement for Ailwood Cottage

Introduction

Ailwood Cottage was formally a coach house for Ailwood Farm, a 400yr old farmhouse next-door. It was converted in 1975 to a cottage and renovated in 2012 for holiday accommodation. It is located directly on a quiet country lane overlooking farmland and Swanage Bay. It is a non-smoking cottage and suitable for well-behaved dogs due to the proximity of livestock, deer and our pet chickens.
