Pier View is a light and spacious apartment in Swanage with the most stunning views of the Victorian pier, rolling sea and Old Harry Rocks.  The apartment is part of Osborne House, a Grade II listed 19th Century, three-storey double-gabled house.  The House also overlooks the sea and The Downs, a large public park.

Pier View is ideal for couples and perfectly located to walk to the local shops and resturants in Swanage town centre.  Enjoy breakfast in one of many good cafés or buy local produce from one of the superb delicatessens.  The atmosphere in Swanage is relaxed and welcoming, whatever the time of year.

The sandy beaches are a stone's throw from the apartment.  Leave the car behind and explore the numerous walks including the South West Coast Path to Durlston Country Park and Castle.  The Purbecks offer opportunities for cycling, walking, riding or catching a steam train.  You can also explore the glorious countryside or visit Studland Beach, Corfe Castle, Lulworth, Tyneham and Margaret Green Animal Rescue Centre.  The Purbeck Art Weeks in May/June, Swanage Fish Festival in June, Swanage Carnival & Regatta in July/August and the Swanage Folk Festival in September are just a few of the local attractions that will keep you busy and entertained.  Make Pier View your base for enjoying everything the area has to offer.

Open plan lounge: TV, DVD, WiFi, stunning sea views.  Kitchen: elec oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer ice box, w-machine.  Dining table with sea views.  Bathroom with WC, bath and shower over. Large communal garden.  Parking, 1 off road.  Gas Central Heating.  Drying airer in the lower courtyard (communal use). Linen and towels are included in weekly and short break bookings. 

Please Note - There are building improvement works on the ground opposite Pier View.  This does not affect access to Pier View in anyway but may cause noise during the day.  When the development is finished there may be a minor obstruction to the view of Swanage Bay.  However, as the apartment is much higher than the new development the view remains stunning.

Fabulous Sea view Apartment
Have stayed at Pier view 3 times now, excellent accommodation, clean, spacious, well equipped flat. It has a fantastic sea view, location is perfect for everything, private parking available. Would highly recommend.

Great apartment with the best view in Swanage
A very relaxing time in this well-appointed apartment. The position is the best in Swanage and everything you need is within a short walking distance. Our only negative is the fact that there is no wi-fi, but we found local cafes and even the library offered wi-fi.

Lovely well equipped flat with wonderful views across pier and bay
Lovely flat, well equipped with modern appliances. Good overbath shower, but bath took a while to fill. Bedroom had plenty of storage, comfortable bed and TV. Bottle of wine and milk in fridge was very much appreciated. Made a fantastic base for a lovely holiday. Thank you.
