Exceptional Holiday Home in Swanage
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this holiday home in the past 2 years and it definitely wont be the last. It is ideally situated for both the Town Centre and beaches which are only a short walk or drive away. Its in a nice residential area of Swanage and has parking for 2 cars with no restrictions. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and modern and the furniture is all of a good standard with plenty of nice touches around the home. We like the layout of this home as the kitchen and living areas are on the 1st floor and one bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. This is great as you have views across Swanage and can see Old Harry Rocks easily from the view upstairs. All in all a great place to stay when visiting Swanage and the surrounding areas in Dorset.

Best place we've stayed in swanage
I was born in Bournemouth so grew up in this area and know it well. The last time we visited was 15 years ago when my son was 4 yards old. My son and daughter came with us and they were really surprised how lovely it is here. The holiday let was absolutely perfect,so imaculate ,had everything we needed .We loved the location, although aliittle noisy with the road traffic , it did not really bother us.as the house is exceptional.I love the car parking rules-I get so sick of all the cars parked everywhere at home.Absolutely 5****** We hope to come back next year, thank you.
Mrs Sarah Pratt - 2019-07-04T20:16:25.0000000Z
Comfortable home, in great location
We had a very comfortable stay. The property is well equipped and has plenty of crockery etc. The bedrooms give a range of options and worked well for us as adult sons could have their own rooms and bathroom.Views from lounge were nice. There is some road noise when the bedroom windows are open but traffic is not that busy and dies down after midnight. Internet coped with several people using it at once unlike many properties. We have stayed at other properties on this development but this is our favourite.
V.Richards - 2018-10-05T14:26:18.0000000Z
Good holiday let
Our party consisted of four adults and two fairly young children. We found Newton Manor Grange to be well equipped and very clean. The balcony gave a good view out to the sea and (on a clear day) to the Isle of Wight. It also gave us a good view of the Carnival fireworks. The bus stops were very convenient - useful as the town centre was about a mile away. The first floor bedroom has an amazingly powerful shower. No mean dribble here! We did find the double beds rather soft.

Lovely spacious house, well situated for all services. Great views over Swanage & the bay & overlooking a small nature area.

A modern property on a small estate approx 15 mins walk from the centre of Swanage. Clean condition and well equipped with everything required for a holiday. Very comfortable. Would stay there again.

Interesting Cottage in great location
We were a party of 6 and the property worked very well for us. Having the lounge, diner and kitchen on the first floor worked well and gave great views towards the bay. The sound of the steam train was a daily feature and the property was well equipped and in perfect condition. Great walkable location for Swanage and easy to get to other places such as Studaland, Corfe Castle etc
Steve Taylor - 2018-06-14T13:34:21.0000000Z
Brilliant stay, nice cosy feel
Brilliant stay, very tidy and organised and very clean and well equipped, with a very cosy feel to it. Had a lovely time here, would love to visit again. Recommend Monkey World, it was a great day out. Red Lion is lovely, great food and staff. Hope to be visiting again as we really enjoyed our stay!
David & Laura - 2018-03-30T13:30:55.0000000Z
A home away from home!
Lovely house, clean and well equipped thank you. A home from home! The Red Lion well worth a visit, excellent food and friendly staff. Steam train to Corfe Castle well worth a visit. Highlight of holiday riding along the beach at Studland with Studland Stables. Loads of local shops for wine and food. Enjoyed our stay, hope to be back!
Mr & Mrs Eastbourne - 2018-03-30T13:30:39.0000000Z
Excellent Cottage, Excellent Location. Could not fault it.
We arrived at Newton Manor Grange late evening after a 6 hour journey to get to Swanage from the North of England. What was great was there was a coded key box so we were able to gain access to the cottage without having to pick up the keys from the management company which was very convenient and on entering the property we were not disappointed. The cottage was immaculate and extremely welcoming and cozy but lots of space and it was all together very impressive. Every Room had personal touches and it was literally a home from home. It was a cold night in November when we are arrived but the heating was on and we felt so relaxed and at home. The bedding was fresh and clean and the place was spotless. There is everything you need in the cottage and that includes all kitchen pots and pans and utensils and an iron and ironing board as well. The 3 bedrooms were all a good size and 2 of them en-suite. There is a nice compact garden and patio at the rear and parking for 2 cars which was a great added bonus as its only a 10 minute walk to the Town centre and Beach. The view from the upstairs albeit in the distance boasts views of Old harry and the downs and we could see the Isle of White and the sea. The property was good value and we would definitely stay here again when next in Swanage. Thank you to the owner and Dorset Cottage Holidays for providing us with such a high spec and great standard of accommodation for our recent long weekend stay in Swanage. It was lovely thank you.

Great holiday location
Superb holiday accommodation well fitted out with all fixtures and fittings you need to make it a restful time. Just 15 minutes walk to the beach and Swanage with good choice of pubs and restaurants to cater for most appetites, especially the fresh fish & chips!!!!

Excellent Accomodation
Very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. Only 10 minutes walk from Swanage centre. A very attractive area with plenty to do. I would recommend:- Taking the train to Corfe and viewing the castle. Drive to Studland Bay, park in or near the National Trust car park then take the chain ferry to Sandbanks and the ferry to Brownsea Island. A lovely place to wander around. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
Graham Layton - 2017-08-04T17:19:49.0000000Z
Wow factor.
An excellent modern house furnished to a very good standard with good quality equipment. It is on a small private estate with views from the sitting room and balcony to Swanage and the sea. Although it sleeps six there were just two of us but even so it was definitely good value. It definitely had the wow factor and we would happily stay there again. The town is about a mile away but a bus stop is nearby. The local pub also does excellent food. All in all a great holiday home on the Isle of Purbeck.

A lovely holiday cottage.
Very well equipped and clean accommodation. Great location only 15 minutes walk to the town centre. Fabulous countryside, especially walks along the cliffs. The Black Swan was excellent for eating out and the local Costco has a superb butchers and deli for eating in.
