Charming
We had a great stay at Cricket Cottage, it was a brilliant base for exploring studland, purbeck, Corfe, lulworth... but to name a few. Really helpful that it is dog friendly as well. We will be returning!

Very homely cottage and great base point
What a delightful cottage- very homely. A great base for exploring the area. Local pub -The Greyhound- great food! Loved our stay, will be back!
Mr Mrs Hall
Great base point for walks
Fab cottage! Really cosy, everything we needed & loved the wood burning stove. We had never been to Dorset before and absolutely loved the walks along the coast and over to Corfe Castle. The cottage was the perfect base and a home away from home. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Lovely cottage- dog friendly
Sad to be leaving, lovely cottage, fab location for friendly local pub "The Globe" which does lovely food at great prices- dog friendly too! It's a great base for lovely walks to Corfe and Studland, I hope to return!
Gail
Convenient located cottage.
Cottage neat, tidy and clean on arrival.Did not like the rear walk through passages from neighbour's properties to their garden and/or garages at top of path! Also, was not keen at position of garden? (I know that's the layout, but did not feel comfortable sitting out, once neighbours were in!)For these reasons only three stars.

A lovely old cottage in a good location.
We spent six glorious sunny days staying in this little old cottage. We have been to Dorset lots of times before but this was the first time with a dog. It was ideally situated for long walks and lunches in the countryside and along the coast. The cottage was fairly basic but had everything we needed. Parking was never a problem. We had a lovely break just out of season and I would definitely return.
Clare Brooks
A beautiful setting with comfort and very large bedroom.
The cottage has easy parking outside and is cool inside with a very large bedroom and everything else we needed. We enjoyed sitting in the garden enjoying a drink and the sun. The Globe and Black Swan pubs were close enough for us to go there twice each with excellent food at good prices. The bathroom hand shower was a bit difficult for us to use (70 year olds). You need to be careful in what you put into the recycle box otherwise it does not get emptied.
