Little Westport Access Statement
Little Westport Access Statement
Little Westport is a wooden Colt House bungalow, built in 1965 in a portion of the kitchen garden of the old Westport House (now the site of the Purbeck District Council building). It was extended in 1977 to convert the existing kitchen into a bedroom, and add a kitchen and a shower room. It has been in the present owner’s family since then, and has just been upgraded for holiday accommodation in 2017. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac private lane near the River Frome and overlooking the Purbeck Hills. It is a non-smoking property and we cannot accept pets.
