Introduction & General Information:
Pixies is a thatched, historic semi-detached cottage in Tolpuddle. It is an 18th century, grade II listed cob cottage, located on the quiet main road of the village. It is a non-smoking, pet-free property.

Pre Arrival:
Nearest bus stops are on both sides of the main road. The nearest train stations are in Dorchester (7 miles away). The nearest shop and large, modern medical centre are in Puddletown (2 miles away). All the main supermarkets are in Dorchester.

Arrival & Parking:
Parking is available in front of the cottage. The road has street lights.

Access & Main Entrance:
The property is accessed via a front door and raised threshold. The front door is 0.76m wide x 166cm high

There are 2 steps to access the kitchen, one small step to access the bathroom and one small step to access the rear door to the back garden.

The front door leads immediately in to the sitting/dining room. There are 3 light switches on your left as you enter:
